2. Overview & principles
This website is a pure online calculation tool. There is no registration,no user accounts, no advertising andno analytics or marketing services.
All calculations run entirely in your browser. The numbers you enter arenot transmitted to our servers, not stored there and not evaluated. You can therefore use every calculator offline or with network traffic disabled once the page has loaded.
3. Hosting & server log files
This website is hosted by an external hosting provider. When you access the website, the hosting provider automatically collects information transmitted by your browser and stores it in server log files. This includes in particular:
- IP address of the requesting device
- date and time of access
- name and URL of the file or page accessed
- amount of data transferred and the access status (e.g. HTTP status code)
- browser type and version as well as operating system
- referrer URL (the previously visited page)
Purpose: providing, securing and stabilising the website, and defending against and investigating attacks.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and functional provision).
Retention: log files are deleted automatically after a short period. The exact duration depends on the settings and deletion routine of our hosting provider.
4. Google Fonts
To display fonts consistently, this website uses web fonts (“Google Fonts”) that are loaded from Google servers when the page is opened. Your IP address, among other data, is transmitted to Google in the process.
Provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
Purpose: consistent and appealing typography.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in consistent presentation).
Note: the percentage calculations work entirely in your browser regardless. If you want to avoid the transfer to Google, you can block external fonts in your browser; the website remains usable.
5. Browser storage (localStorage)
This website stores some information locally on your device in your browser’slocalStorage. This data stays exclusively on your device and isnot transmitted to us or to third parties. The following is stored:

Legal basis: § 25(2)(2) TDDDG (German Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Storage is strictly necessary for the function you explicitly requested (theme selection, history feature) and therefore permitted without consent.
Deletion: you can clear the history at any time using the “Clear all” button in the history panel. All locally stored data also disappears when you clear the site data or cache in your browser settings.
6. No cookies, no tracking
This website uses no cookies at all – neither for analytics nor for marketing or advertising. We also do not use:
- web analytics services (e.g. Google Analytics or Matomo)
- advertising or retargeting networks
- social media plugins or tracking pixels
- fingerprinting or any other form of user profiling
Because no consent-based cookies or comparable technologies are used, no cookie banner is required either.
7. Recipients & disclosure of data
Your data is not disclosed to third parties except to the service providers that are technically necessary:
- our hosting provider (operation and provision of the website),
- Google as part of the font loading described in section 4.
Where service providers act on our behalf, this is based on data processing agreements pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. Your data is not sold.

This website is served exclusively over an encrypted HTTPS connection (TLS/SSL), so data transmitted cannot normally be read by third parties. We also apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect the website against loss, manipulation and unauthorised access.
10. Children
Our website is not specifically directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Because no registration is possible and no personal data is actively requested, use by minors is unproblematic.
